Exeter the modern neighborhood,was developed in three phases starting in the early 80’s. Exeter had several different builders including a few national and local builders. This gives the neighborhood a wide variety of floor plans to choose from.Exeter has all the amenities one would expect form a large planned community... tennis courts, pool (some parts of the neighborhood do not have pool privileges), walking trails that connect the entire neighborhood and lots of open space!There are a total of 800+ homes with townhouses and single families homes split almost evenly throughout.
